Love the idea of this project, I have been struggling to rest at the minute and take time for myself, this sounds like a great way of doing it. Thanks for the inspiration!

It can be so, so hard to have the discipline to take time to rest when the world (not to mention our own subconscious) is telling us that we need to do more and be more. Turning self-care into a habit can make it much easier to give ourselves the time we need to unwind. I hope it works well for you!
